Very painfull any ideas?

I am around 4 weeks pregnant, thats a guess. I have not had a sono to comfirm yet. Last night i was having pain in my ribs, it felt like somone was under my ribs trying to blow up a balloon or something. I took a nap, woke up an hour and half later and it was worse. That pain finally went away and i was left with this HUGE pulled muscle feeling in my stomach. It hurts to stand up straight or to push on my stomach. I dont think this is ligament pain? Anyone have any ideas?
