I need help deciding on some fantasy players...?

I have a few good players on bye weeks but most I can manage to replace. I have a couple questions I need opinions on. For my kicker do you think I should play Jason Elam vs. Philly or Kris Brown vs. Bengals and why? Also, would you go with Brett Favre or Eli Manning and why? Thanks a lot for your answers!
