Pipe from well froze. Though unthawed it still won't work?

This morning we discovered that the main pipe coming from our well was frozen. This well is crucial to the farm, as it not only services our home, but also over 100 head of pregnant sheep who are days from lambing, and over 300 chickens. We got the pipe to thaw, but the well is still not working. Is there something we might be missing? We tried the breaker, not the problem. Can you prime a well with an electric pump? If so, how??? Anything anyone can think of would be great to hear! Thank you for your help, we are desperate to get this fixed!!!
