Good preschool games without lots of pieces?

I'm looking for good games for my 3 and 5 yr old that don't have a lot of pieces b/c I also have a 2 yr old in the house. I'm getting "crocodile dentist" since the teeth aren't loose like they were when we were kids. Any other suggestions? I don't mind a few pieces, but I don't want a stack of cards like candy land, for example.
