Czech long term visa rejected Full time student.?

Hey. I hope you all are fine. Yesterday, the Czech emby called me and said me that my visa was rejected. But still I haven't received the reasons for the rejection, they said that they will send it in 2-3 days to ma e-mail. But I am a full time student for University and so I should be in Prague on 1st February. Please someone help me , please advice me what should i do now??? Some people say that apply for schengen visa. so this means that every 3 months I have to apply again and again. ? Thanks in advance..
