Blue eyes are phenotype for two recessive alleles.Can parents with blue eyes have a brown-eyed offspring?

My cousin needs help with her homework....she is in 7th grade and she is doing genotype and punnett squares and stupid stuff like that...this is due tomorrow and it is a big grade..please please help!!!!
