Can swine flu come back?

Hi. Last Tuesday I came down with the flu and it was horrible. i had a headache, bodyache, cough, stuffy/runny nose, fever....and it lasted for about a week and ended on sunday. now i'm feeling much better. I was wondering, and just concerned, is it possible the flu could come back ?
