Walkin clinic pg testing?

so i took several tests, and they all say negative. but i'm positive that i am pregnant. i'm going to a walk in clinic (my friend suggests) to have them test me. my question is, how does their method differ from the one i use. and is there a higher chance of a more accurate answer?
