What do you think voter turn out will be this year? ?

The 2004 presidential election surprisingly exceeded 60% for the first time since 1968, despite the mediocre campaigning done by Kerry. Now it looks pretty certain that Obama will win this election, but I wonder what the voter turn out will be this year. Has anyone done any ysis of what voter turnout will be? Any educated guesses here?
