Me and the girl next door. pls help (guys and girls)?

while i was talking to this girl on my house phone, my cell phone rang. so i asked her to hold on and so i could see what the caller wants. then she asked me if the person on the phone was more important than her and i jokingly said yes. she got mad and hang up the phone. i got really pissed and sent her a txt msg immediately letting her know how mad i was and that i won't call her anymore. she replied letting me know that she doesn't care. 10 mins later she sent another text talking about i hurt her feelings. i still haven't responded to any of her text as i speak. but i kinda miss her and don't want what we have to end over a stupid reason. i want to call her or send her a text but i feel like i'm weak if i do that and i'm also reinforcing her behavior. i'm waiting for her to apologize but she still hasn't. i don't know what to do at this point. what should i do, pls any advice will do. thanks in advance for ur input
