Big oil or Big Water? Whose your friend?

I always hear about the big bad oil companies. (I've done some complaining myself) While gas needs to be drilled refined and shipped far from the source, and only costs $2 and change, how can Walmart and HEB justify charging 90 cents for a gallon of spring water?
